Kathy at reception is extremely rude, kept cutting me off every time I was trying to speak. I asked for a report of what they actually checked on my car because I got a random charge that wasn't explained, and all she put was a written invoice saying "scanned vehicle" and left it in my car. When I questioned this and asked for a more detailed report to know what was actually checked, she was extremely rude. I would not recommend their service.
