Terrible customer service. I would advise anyone in New Lenox to research elsewhere. There are plenty of other businesses that would love your business and appreciate it. Feil do not know how to treat customers with courtesy and respect. Good luck in Bankruptcy court.
Lousy service after the sale of a water filter. No respect for other people's time. Many missed appointments. And rude. Even my friendly dog didn't like the service tech. I would not give a single star but I have to choose at least one.
