She is a excellent doctor. I like her very much, but refill a prescription IS A NIGHTMARE!!! 5 DAYS UNTIL THEY CALL THE PHARMACY!!!! I miscount and I call 3 days before I run out of my medicine. I call and explain. The nurse say that IS A PROTOCOL TO FOLLOW, that she will notify Dr. FEHR and see IF SHE AUTHORIZED TO CALL THE PHARMACY BECAUSE IS NOTHING SHE CAN DO WITHOUT HER APROVAL!!
