We needed a 50 amp RV plug installed asap for guests coming into town over the 4th. Jacob came out and looked everything over. Understood the urgency and was able to fit us into his schedule. Installation looks great and they didn’t try and price gouge me like a previous electrician did. Will be using them again for sure.
Great service. Jacob came out on Friday to assess the repair and give us an estimate. Also, told us exactly what to get for the new water heater; we were converting to tankless. Dana was always so friendly when I called. Griffin and the other technician, did a great job. They were both knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience. We definitely will be calling Feezell again. Thank you for doing a wonderful job.
We were referred to Feezell by our neighbor and they did not disappoint! From setting up the appointment to walking out the door after installation, these guys were fantastic. Friendly, but also very professional and efficient. So happy to have found a local service company we can trust. Will definitely use them again.
I have called multiple times to get a quote on a job, got someone out here once and never received a call back about my quote even after follow up calls. I called again to schedule a seperate appointment for a quote and was told Jacob would be coming out with a 3 hour window on a certain day, he didn't show or call like they said. I understand that things can happen but customers should be given a call about rescheduling the appointment or if there are unforseen events that may delay buisness. Booster pump was failing. Feezell had someone there within the hour to evaluate what was going on. Came up with a solution that is more robust long term. Communication was great and the newly installed pump provides better pressure than ever before. Thank you Jacob for helping us!
