I went to Feet First after a frustrating experience with The Good Feet Store. I am not a runner but someone that is having problems with a fallen arch that is impacting my knee. Luke listened to my story and immediately went to work with measuring my feet and pulling 3 pairs of shoes for me to try on. Very helpful, got a proper shoe size measurement, and an associate picked out a few pairs of shoes to try based on my needs, found a very comfortable pair, easy purchase. Took maybe 10 minutes, in and out, very happy. Will come back for my next pair of walking shoes.
