This company is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. The number only rings until it disconnects you. No answering machine or voicemail set up.... Odd for any business right????? I thought it was just me until I found all the reviews that had the same or worse issues. They were assigned by Samsung to come complete warranty work on my Stove. After waiting the allotted 48 hours for them to contact me and set up a time I tried reaching them with no luck. Finally I called Samsung back and even they couldn't reach them!!! Lowes warranty repair people SUCK ASS! Told me he would fix the problem. Never called before showing up. Said he would come back with part. Took off work. Unbelieveable
Victor was a no show to 2 different appointments over 2 weeks time. Then he dishonestly billed Lowes for the part and told them he repaired my washer. I have never seen a company so unhonorable. How are they still in business. It's a shame.
I wouldn't even give this company one star if that were an option. By far the most dishonest company that I have every dealt with. They never call back, you must keep calling them hoping that someone actually answers. They were a no show twice! The first time, I took off work so that I would be home and they never called or showed up. Two weeks passed until I was able to reach a human instead of their voicemail (which is pointless since they do NOT return calls) and they said that they would have someone out the next day. Victor never came back to finish my work after i had paid him. Some of the work was ok but the rest was a disaster. The job seem bigger than him. He had 2 weeks to get the job done but got so far behind because of his mistakes I had to jump in and help paint, and i'm handicap. They spilled paint all over my bedroom rug and it is ruined.WHAT CAN YOU SAY, I SHOULD OF GOT A LAWYER !!
