This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life and initially I really liked the Doctor. The staff to begin with are rude and unprofessional. I left a message requesting an appointment and never heard from them. 11 days later I called and told them so and the first thing the "receptionist" said was "I am going to need your credit card number in case you miss an appointment??? If you are interested in hormone therapy, I would strongly advise NOT going here and seeing a reputable HRT provider through UPMC or AHN. I was given a testosterone pellet and had adverse reactions to the pellet..I had extreme anxiety, irritability and insomnia that started 5 days post pellet insertion. I did not sleep for more than 1-2 hours at night for several weeks and I did not have these issues previously. Don't know where they are getting these rave reviews. I went there a few years ago. The Dr. is OK, but the staff is awful!!! After a rather terse conversation with someone whom I think was an office Mgr. over my many calls to the office to obtain my medication from the proper choice, I received a letter telling me to find another Doctor. And now they say they they don't know about this??? The letter was signed by the Doctor. I reiterate: the staff is awful.
