The Golden Square branch is the better of the feelgood fitness gyms, such helpful staff too
Some of the equipment is dated but it’s a solid gym
Great local gym, clean and friendly staff. Plenty of equipment to do any workout.
Good value. Started here at 65, now at 75, I still go 6 days a week for less than $2 a day........ and eat what I like.
