Do not hire these clowns. My friend hired them and not only did they do a bad job but dropped part of the tree on the neighbors swing and bbq and damaged both. Feeler will not respond to the neighbor even tho they admitted to doing the damage.
I have used this service several times and have been very pleased.
The quoting stage was fine, it did take him a week or 2 to come out but that was pretty normal based on other calls I had made. Gave a detailed paper estimate and pricing was competitive... but in this instance you get what you paid for. They came to do the work... This is where the problems occurred. They destroyed our bushes along our garage and bent our gutter with their trucks. When we called about it they seemed unconcerned and just said it was a tight space! Wouldn't recommend this company. They failed to finish the job, dropped a limb on the neighbor's cable and power line and damaged my property. Jim seemed nice at first but refused to acknowledge the damage to my property or the fact that I paid for services he didn't complete. The only good thing I can say is that the price was cheap.
Lost lots of big trees with last week’s storm. They were quick to respond and bid the job. Showed up when they were suppose to and did a great job! Cleaned up the mess and debris and my yard looks excellent. Planning on using them again in the future!!
