Tracy is so great! She’s friendly and informative and very helpful. I did 3 sessions of lymph drainage. It was my first time trying this and I’ve been dealing with a lot of inflammation and health things. I can’t say if this was what helped or not, but I did feel better and less symptomatic once my sessions were complete

Exceptional service, considerate and accommodating! I was referred by my nutritionist to seek lymphatic drainage and the foot soak was just a self care add on that I highly recommend tout de suite!

Tracey is the best. The service does an amazing job of helping the body clean up and feel better. Today I went in with a stuffy nasal passage (for the last week) and by the time I was driving home I could breathe through my nose again.
