I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Feel the Beauty. I visited the store to purchase a wig and was assisted by a staff member identified to me by other employees. Unfortunately, her behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and openly disrespectful—particularly in front of my daughter. An Employee in the wig department was rude. She stated that you can only spend five minutes in the department, claiming it is too important and that she has to watch three people in the area. In addition, I was told that you could only pick two wigs. When I tried to explain that this is not best practice for business, she told me I could leave.

Can’t get any help at this store. If you ask a question the employees act as if you’re bothering them.

Customer service skills is poor everybody in there seems like they are aggravated if you need help and it seems like don’t nobody want to work in there. The Asian lady she chooses who she wants to follow around the store and when you ask her for help, she act like she don’t understand or you’re bothering her

Very rude employees with the nastiest attitudes! They were not helpful, nasty, and extremely rude. I personally witnessed the workers speaking rudely to an older customer and I had to get out of there. I would give them a 0 but google doesn’t allow it. DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you have a humiliation kink or want to be triggered. How this store has 3.5 out of 5 with so many bad reviews I do not know….
