This store customer service is horrible, I went in 2 days in a row just see if they were having a bad day. No it’s really how they are. A more mature lady the obviously needed help getting out the store the 3 ladies at the register didn’t even acknowledge the lady. She could barely walk but these rude little girls didn’t even pretend like they wanted to help her. The service staff is just awful. Absolutely unacceptable experience — I strongly advise against shopping here. I visited this store recently and was appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and basic human decency shown by both the owner (male, last name Kim) and the cashier, Brianna. I stopped at this store on my lunch break to grab a few items before heading back to the salon, which is located in Lovejoy. I got lunch at La Pirra, so of course that makes this hair store very convenient. Unfortunately the young lady at the counter J.Henry had to make it a bad experience due to “I’m assuming” being offended by me helping a customer she was telling wrong information to. I came in today looking for crochet butterfly locs and while they have a variety nothing is truly organized. As I was looking for that particular style for over 20 minites, I noticed the older guy that works at the store standing in the isle watching me.
