The place has terrible service. Made an appointment at 5:00 pm show up at 4:30 and the door is locked. Stating if door locked they're in a therapy. Do they expect their customers to wait outside in the freezing cold weather? I called the guy 4 times. Rang the door bell and knocked on door and nothing. Waited outfit for about 10 mins and nothing. It's Buffalo in December...it's cold outside. Absolutely terrible. Very very unsatisfied, angry and that was before I even met the guy...
Great experience. Kind, soft spoken man with a gentle but firm touch. Have already purchased 2 more appts with him!
