Antonella is a knowledgeable body movement and mechanical expert. I nicknamed her "my body whisperer",. She can target chronic ailments and support healing with pilates and custom designed routines.
Antonella is amazing and really knows her stuff. She is well trained and caters to any audience: younger, older, injured, healthy, etc. Her classes are fun and give you quite the workout. I highly recommend checking it out for your own well being and a good time!
I drive kapiolani blvd every day to work, just notice a sign says feel power within, got curious and stopped one day, found out its an Massage & Pilates service's has been offered here, so i took appointment for my first Pilates class for free, i had to pay for massage which was fine. The reasons I go to Antonella on a regular basis for maintenance massages are that her penetrating hands and core strength are the best I have found; she is a firm believer that the body has a natural ability to correct itself with the proper guidance thus avoiding unnecessary surgery or drugs; she has an intimate knowledge of the human body and its related interactions/functions; and her positive can do attitude. Antonella is the most knowledgeable and professional personal trainer I have ever worked with. After I had a broken ankle I had a really hard time going to my regular exercise classes... Antonella's creative and innovative workout solutions and her dedication to her profession expedited the healing process and put me back into shape... I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone
