I walked into Feel Ideal 360 basically auditioning for the next season of The Walking Dead. COVID had me on death’s doorstep—sunlight felt like a strobe light at a bad rave, my head was pounding like a bass drum, and my body felt like it had been used as a tackling dummy in the NFL. First I want to say how wonderful Dr. Straface and her team are. They all have so much compassion and truly want the best for all their patients. I did EBOO a full-body detox and feel amazing. The following day when I worked out I had so much energy and the most noticeable benefit was my breathing. My deep breathing was so much better which helped with my workout, recovery and mental clarity.
