My call got forwarded to a reservation line and the woman was very rude and hung up on me. I just waned to talk to the owner. Any business ran like this goes out of business.

I had dealt with Feel Good Limo for YEARS. Trips into NYC and airports. Last December I had a last minute trip to NYC that I needed a car. I called what I thought was Feel Good and they were not pleasant and was pricier than I remembered but worst was that for the first time ever they were rude and very demanding that I fill out a form and FAX it right then or no go. Ever since Feel Good sold there business to Luxury Limo it went down hill. You are not dealing with Frank or Karen anymore. The calls are being forwarded to luxury limo.I found them over priced and rude on the phone. Stay away from this company

This review is directed at the service center: There used to be a guy I trusted working the front desk at the service department. Most people told us stay clear, but we still had all of our work done here because it was convenient. We even bought tires from them. Then that guy left and they started raking us over the coals. During the last inspection, they told us we would need ball joints and bearings that would cost over $700.
