I have been going to Zumba classes for over 4 months now. I have tried classes from 3 of the instructors. I go on a regular basis (3 times/week). When I first started I felt comfortable around the other clients who just like me don't seem to over think their clothing and hair. The ambiance is very friendly and people attending classes are of different sizes and different level of fitness.
