This is one of the most unprofessional practices I have ever attempted to work with. As counselor myself, I attempted to refer a client to care at Feel Good Counseling. While the therapy provided by Suzanne was good quality, the owner, Katrina, decided to abruptly end services for this client without any form of therapeutic termination because she had not yet received payment for a recent visit from her insurance.
