I was visiting my son in Burlington and wanted to keep up with my morning yoga practice. I found Feel Better Yoga online and I'm so glad I did! I arrived about 15 minutes before class started, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home in the new space. The practice itself was excellent, and the studio is absolutely charming and lovely. If you're visiting Burlington and looking for a place to practice, I highly recommend stopping by Feel Better Yoga. It's a real gem!
The vibe and energy ad FBY are amazing and the floors are the cushy floors you’ll ever step onto. I also love the heat! The teachers are knowledgeable and welcoming. If you live in the Burlington area you won’t regret stepping into FBY. 👌🏼
I took my blood pressure reading before and after. It dropped 10 points from the class. That's a pretty compelling reason to go! And the instructor was great ....
