I don't even live in NY and stopped by Feel Beauty Supply.I spent $51.00 , and in that purchase was a lip gloss for $4.49. When I spent my money the manager was all smiles. When I tried to exchange the lip gloss due to an allergic reaction, it was refused. I didn't even want my money back, just a product that didn't make me itch. I then looked at my receipt that said no also. I wish I would've known that, but I'm not used to these rinky dink stores. She lost a good customer to keep $4.49. The worker in the stores are iso busy watching to see if Black people are stealing and black male security guard following lol don’t even notice the Spanish white people and others are stealing I guess as long as they’re watching the Black people people can steal and clean them out KeepUpTheGoodJob

The store lacks good customer service. I don’t appreciate the security guard and staff people hovering over us and staring from across the aisle. I’m not a thief but the staff sure was staring at us like if we were thieves. I felt so uncomfortable I decided to go across the street to buy my stuff. Across the street has friendly staff and when I’m looking for something at least they have the decency to go up and ask if I need help. So I will not be coming here again.
