Feel Beauty Supply – Grand Ave Feel Beauty Supply treats customers horribly — they overcharged my 80‑year‑old mother and refused to fix it. This place is a disgrace. You guys should shop at Foxx Beauty, a black owned business that’s right across the street. I cannot understand how you can run a business like that. However since it’s a chain beauty supply store it gets swept under the rug. When is enough, enough?

They are not storing their relaxer/perm boxes properly. This is the second time I bought a box of relaxer that is defective or the product is leaked inside the box. They do not take refunds and if u ask them they will be rude to customers
