I’m upset I’m writing this because I’ve been coming here since they first opened and I have noticed over time the staff is 50/50, especially during this year. Sometimes they’re really sweet and helpful and sometimes they’re aloof. I was followed around in the store. It was very aggressive the last few times when I came here: A guy I met at the door (a security guard? An employee? There was a wide variety of items to choose from. However, I have to change my review of this place. I arrive to the store at 8:08 pm and the store closed at 8:30pm. I asked to try on a wig and the african worker's response to me was "just hurry up". I said excuse me and she actually repeated "hurry up". I am appalled. Never have I been spoken to so rudely. I will never go to Feel Beauty Wig & Hair Works again.
The worker suddenly had to fix shampoo bottles in the aisle we were in. Literally dusting bottles. Went to another aisle and the store owner pretended to be on her phone while following us around. Decided to leave before finding all the products I needed. Never again.
Great staff price to high are a joke on prices and quality !!!! Price reducing needed badly and they need to lower the priced on lace glue hair wigs everything is over priced in this store pushing costumers to mail orders
