Terrible customer service.
Today I purchased 1 pack of 1b purple pack 14 inch hair and 1 pack of 1b purple pack 16 inch hair made by the same company. Once my hair dresser started sewing in the hair she notice how both textures were different. The 16 inch felt like synthetic hair while the 14 inch felt normal. I was livid.
