Before arriving at this store, I called ahead to confirm they had specific bundles in stock because another beauty supply store referred me there, and I live 30 minutes away. The man on the phone confirmed they had exactly what I needed, so I made the drive. At first, everything seemed fine. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are high but my Amazon package was delayed so I didn’t really have a choice. I recommend this place; especially if you need hair supplies last minute
Called to find out if they sell a specific brand of braiding hair before heading to this beauty supply. Rude Asian lady picks up the phone barely able to tell me what they sell and when I ask for price ? Immediately tells me no and when I ask why she hanged up on me! Unbelievable and horrible customer service! Won’t be shopping with them ever again!
I would put 0 stars if I could! As a black masculine presented woman. I will never ever return to Beauty supply store. I walked in with two items in my hand, which I got from the dollar tree next door. I wasn’t given a bag so unfortunately I had the items in my hand. I was greeted at the door with a hello and was immediately followed around afterwards by an Asian man employee. Uncomfortable experience. Shortly after you walk down an aisle, the worker at the door will follow you in the store to see if you’re stealing. Called it out to the manager and he gaslit and dismissed me, of course lol terrible
