Staff were probably tired, attitudes were high except for the wonderful cashier lady. I was eager and motivated to purchase a few items walking in, ; however they weren't ready to make a sale.. everything felt like I was pulling, several items displayed at marked up prices. Wigs displayed on heads, yet not available in inventory. Better off going to phelam manor or a local beauty supply store the service would definitely be better.

The people said there closed but a lot of people were in there shopping and there website says it closes at 7:30pm it was 6:30 pm when we got there...

I always get my products from here. Today not a fan. I needed to either return or exchange an item. I didn’t know store policy doesn’t accept exchanges or refunds for certain items until the cashier told me in an argumentative and unprofessional manner. She didn’t care about the customers around me more did she want to call the manager. He did come and he did the exchange with the same explanation the cashier gave but in a much more professional and calm manner. I gave the store an extra star for that!! I really liked this store but the Spanish lady is rude af and I thought she was racist lol but she’s not. Other people including her own kind feels the same way. I won’t shop there if she’s there. I’d drive elsewhere. The Asian lady cashier is nice.
