1 star — if I could give zero, I would. I visited this store to purchase a few hair accessories and was in the store for approximately 10 minutes. When I approached the front register to pay, I was directed to a register in the back. As a first-time customer, I was not aware of this setup, and there was no clear signage or guidance upon entering. Staff were probably tired, attitudes were high except for the wonderful cashier lady. I was eager and motivated to purchase a few items walking in, ; however they weren't ready to make a sale.. everything felt like I was pulling, several items displayed at marked up prices. Wigs displayed on heads, yet not available in inventory. Better off going to phelam manor or a local beauty supply store the service would definitely be better.
