Terrible customer service I needed another pack of hair and she said u just need 1 more and I said yes and she goes no we don’t have in the back but I’m assuming she just don’t wanna look because it’s 1 more pack that I need …I asked if she can check another store she goes “ you call “ again terrible customer service
Was told outside bags weren’t allowed after placing items in my reusable bag (no signage visible). The item was taken from my hands rather than the policy being explained politely. I would’ve happily used a cart if approached respectfully. Unfortunately the interaction felt accusatory and unprofessional. I will never come back here.

I purchased an item it was the wrong length I had surgery and couldn’t come in to exchange item. I had item unopened with receipt asking NOT FOR A RETURN IN MONEY but an exchange in goods and was told no. I will never shop here ever in life and suggest no one else shop here ever in life. I learned my lesson and definitely will never spend a dime at this location again. I wish there was negative stars to show my total distaste
