I purchased an item it was the wrong length I had surgery and couldn’t come in to exchange item. I had item unopened with receipt asking NOT FOR A RETURN IN MONEY but an exchange in goods and was told no. I will never shop here ever in life and suggest no one else shop here ever in life. I learned my lesson and definitely will never spend a dime at this location again. I wish there was negative stars to show my total distaste

This business treats customers like criminals, having to show ID with any credit card purchase, and overcharges on hair bundles. I will not support a business that doesn’t trust their clientele and charges a higher price than the price tag says on the product.

I bought a pack of hair here and asked the cashier if I could return it. I was told no returns, but I could exchange it as long as the hair was unopened. I needed a different color so I brought the hair back to be exchange and they said I couldn’t exchange it cause it was past the 7 days, a policy not mentioned at the time of purchase. On top of that I asked for help picking right color, no one assisted or offered recommendations. They just stared at me.
