TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A RIDICULOUS RETURN POLICY!!
They lie about the price they post sales and then say no that’s not the price it’s $20-50 more than what the sale ticket says for everything. Don’t shop here if u think ur getting a deal you’re not. Horrible customer service.
Selection is nice but hours should be updated. On the door it says it closes at 9pm but when I got there it closed at 8:45 pm.
Horrible customer service. It was pouring rain and as for a paper bag to put something in I purchased and because I didn’t have the 5 cents she didn’t give me. Like 5 cents!!!
Terrible customer service I needed another pack of hair and she said u just need 1 more and I said yes and she goes no we don’t have in the back but I’m assuming she just don’t wanna look because it’s 1 more pack that I need …I asked if she can check another store she goes “ you call “ again terrible customer service
