This business treats customers like criminals, having to show ID with any credit card purchase, and overcharges on hair bundles. I will not support a business that doesn’t trust their clientele and charges a higher price than the price tag says on the product.

I bought a pack of hair here and asked the cashier if I could return it. I was told no returns, but I could exchange it as long as the hair was unopened. I needed a different color so I brought the hair back to be exchange and they said I couldn’t exchange it cause it was past the 7 days, a policy not mentioned at the time of purchase. On top of that I asked for help picking right color, no one assisted or offered recommendations. They just stared at me. Racist and rude. Will follow you around the store like you’re stealing something yet won’t greet or smile at their customers. Don’t judge a book by its cover, I’m a licensed Registered Nurse who does not need to steal from your establishment. Racial profiling is bad business. Nasty lady owner.
