Staff is lazy and not helpful EVER!!! Pet wash closes at 7 but I’m always getting the run around about different times (earlier) of it closing because it’s obvious they don’t want to deal with us! I just moved on this side of town and it’s truly a bummer!!!
The new management sucks or employees don't like to work not sure what it is dog baths are always dirty no matter the time of day and the floors you can still see we're dogs pee
