Me and my girlfriend came in and adopted 3 dumbo rats that had been surrendered, and it was so refreshing to have staff at a chain pet store that actually care about their animals! Especially Connor, who helped us load the car with all of their things, talked to us about their personalities and was overall very friendly and knowledgeable. You all are great

Very nice store. The pet wash area is awesome. My dogs love to come there. There was a lady I believe her name was Taylor. She was so helpful and friendly. They need more people like her. I will be back there soon.
I would not purchase any hamsters from here. We purchased one a few months back and now have spent hundreds in vet bills because the hamster had mites that are not easy to get rid of.
