On 12/3/25 I went on to buy an item, lady who seemed like the mgr was very rude. When I brought my items to the cashier and they rang up differently then marked she blamed other customers for changing price tags?¿. She was not nice about giving me the price as marked, a whole $2 difference. I will not return.
the guy behind the counter didn’t once look up from his phone when i got in. didn’t greet me or anything :/ i used to love this store, i’m not sure what happened but the new employees are rude and a bunch of animals have disappeared and i just hope they were bought :(.
I only go there for the fish. And while the selection isn't great, the staff is very helpful and has offered to order fish for me. I've been looking for bristle nose plecos and haven't been able to find them locally. I mentioned it to them and the next time I went in they had them!
I was so impressed with how the staff care so much not only about your pets but the animals in their care at the store!
