The grooming services leave a lot to be desired. The grooming salon isn't open during posted hours & even when you have an appointment it gets cancelled. Unreliable grooming staff. Today when I walked into the store there was no one in it. Finally after walking around the store calling "Hello," a person walked out of the backroom. Super cool place, plus they deliver!
