I have to say the people are great but the communication is very poor. We had quite a few instances in which we asked for 5 changes then only 2 were made and they asked us to finalize everything. It seemed they didn't have a proper project management software. We had a wonderful website before and Rob agreed it doesn't need to be changed much but recommended small tweaks. Rob and his team are amazing to work with. They do a great job and truly care about what they do and even beyond that about how well you do as a business. Robs character will show through in a short visit with him, you will see he is just good guy with morals and ethics its a good trait that can set a company apart as I've spent a lot of money in past marketing companies that have just failed miserably and dont care at the end of the day.
