We hired Colin & Feedback Event Services for our wedding in November and he did a fabulous job! The booking and planning process was very smooth and Colin did a great job communicating with us throughout the process and the music for our event kept everyone dancing all night! He made sure everything went as planned and we also loved the music planning/suggestion site he offered! All around great experience with Feedback Event Services!
From the very beginning, we could tell that Colin truly loves what he does and is incredibly knowledgeable. In our phone calls leading up to the wedding, Colin was simultaneously professional and chill and we felt super comfortable with him. BEWARE, do not book with them. *update response* We paid full price for dry ice for our first dance at our wedding, Colin did not deliver. Video clearly shows an empty dancefloor, by no means a "walking in the cloud" experience as they advertise. The package is to include 2 songs and to fill the entire dance floor with cloud, not a corner or a quarter. The dance floor was not filled with cloud at any point of even one song.
