The therapists were ok and knowledgeable. To them 4 stars. 2 things I didn't like. When suggesting alternatives for my son to eat, several of those were very expensive, once I was suggested to purchase a type pediatric of formula that the insurance didn't cover. One month supply for my son was worth $1,000 USD. I was very anxious during this time trying to find ways to get this for my son. However, my 1 star review is due to changing policies without notice. Betsy and her staff are extremely helpful and VERY knowledgeable. They show a genuine interest in helping babies to grow and be happy. I highly recommend this staff of professionals! Thank you for being so amazing!
I have been to Feed to Succeed with Betsy for both my daughter and son and have had excellent experiences both times. Betsy is very professional but relatable and helps the kids take ownership of their own food choices, while also giving suggestions for optimum nutrition for their very specific situations.
