Since they've taken over this location, the service department is pretty frustrating, you get an assigned rep to your repair. If you call and that rep isn't available, they urge you to wait for a call back. That call doesn't always come, if you push further with the 'wrong' rep they get frustrated with you. I'm sure I'll get a polite reply to this review about how this isn't the intended experience but this is how it's been for years for myself and others I know across multiple personal and work vehicles.
