Very disappointed. I do like the doctor, but her personnel is horrible. They don't care of she loses patients. They wouldn't accommodate for me for my medication refills (which are 2 very important medications) and now I'm gonna go without them. I asked if they could do a special accommodation since I started a new job and I would work the same business hours as them, but the front desk girl said no. She didn't even let me speak to the nurse. I have referred many people to them, including my mom, but I will not be doing that... read more
I kid you not when I see about Dr. Paulet's staff I am shocked. First of all, I just adore Dr. Paulet because she is always so nice and attentive. She listens to you and explains everything so well that you understand what is going on with your health and how the medications will help, and what side effects to look for. Angie has always been great. Some folks may think she is rude but I disagree. This is my PCP office and I have never been more disappointed in a doctor I think highly of because she is a sweet and caring person but the staff who work there are very impolite, talk with aggression, and are just straight up rude, if you try letting them know what you need they are very dismissive about it, and if you try to talk to them to find out what needs to be done, they get super sassy. This is my primary doctor but the lady “Angie” is so inconsiderate and rude. I walk in and first thing she says “what did you need, the doctor is not here.” I love Paulet and she has always been a great doctor but Angie is just plain rude. Doctor knows I have asthma and suffer from chest tightening, Angie said I needed to go to the emergency room. I’ve already been admitted to the emergency before, I was diagnosed with Asthma!
