My FCU VISA card no longer works after decades. I've repeatedly called the Credit Union and they CANNOT solve the problem, even after I give them every detail they ask for. I'm going to shut down my FCU accounts and move them elsewhere.

I had lost $500 through an ATM transaction error and spent 2 weeks trying to get someone to help. Another example of 'you just need to find the right person'!! Through a stroke of luck my call landed on Tia's desk - apologies made, action taken - I had the missing funds in my account THAT day!!!
