Fantastic service, friendly staff.
Stopped in Saturday 8/30 after getting text notification of my package being available for pickup the day before. The guy at service desk checked and told me it says my package is on hold and asked if I had put it on hold. I told him I didn’t and provided him with the proof of the FedEx text. He accused me of being combative….lol…..so then I asked “what is your solution. I’m here to pick up a package.” Anyways it took them a while to find it while I waited.
