Absolute incompetence from the top down. Fedex replaced a good driver (employee)with a string of contractors that are unable to read and understand numbers. The local delivery center manager lies because the main office encourages it. My packages rarely arrive at my house. I am often left driving up and down the street to figure out where my packages are. Fedex does not care and will do less than zero to fix the problems. Do NOT use FedEx if you care about your belongings actually arriving. I shipped eight suitcases from New Orleans to San Francisco on June 18, scheduled to arrive on June 23. It is now July 7. They lost FOUR of them. Not one. Not two. Half of my luggage — gone. No trace, no update, no apology. How is it that people at FedEx in Memphis, TN don't know where Arkansas is? The package that was supposed to be here yesterday, will supposedly arrive Monday because they sent it to Springfield, MO. Everyone knows the hub for central Arkansas is in Mabelvale, Arkansas. I'm guessing Springfield will send it back to Memphis because there isn't a route from Springfield to my house.
