There needs to be a higher up that comes in and investigates this specific hub. They have no care in the world for other people’s stuff. Haven’t had my package move from this spot for 5 days now. Someone must’ve really wanted my shirt. I would hope stealing isn’t something they resort to in a place of business. How do we report them to better business bureau? Who ever took my shirt I hope it rips before you even try it on. Karma
FEDEX, there is a disaster in Saudi Arabia. Shipments have been stuck at the airport for more than 6 weeks now. This is costing 100's of customers, $1,000's each. No replies from local reps. Please fix this ASAP!
1st time having an issue sending a package from 🇬🇧 to 🇺🇸 I literally paid for next day delivery but my parcel has been stucked at the hub with no further information since yesterday I have no idea why what I sent ended up at this hub and not Indianapolis like it used to this is outrageous also the customer service is of no help
Very bed they keep me stuck 2 days to unload me
