I came to pick up the cargo and waited for 32 hours for the cargo. Please, brokers, don't sell the cargo to carriers before it's no ready.
15 minutes and 7 calls from the phone in the drop off area - no help just a bunch of chatting and laughing behind the glass. This service would be great if service is actually provided. This can not be an acceptable practice of customer service. Plenty of reviews supporting I’m just another person experiencing this.
Utterly incompetent management. 5 days in a row they claim to be handing a package and every time it's a lie. They don't answer their 'phone when called by their own customer service people and they make no attempt to contact their customer to explain what is going on. UPS are far from perfect but their local managers do call you when there's a problem and try to resolve any issues. FedEx just ignore you.
Very unpleasant experience. unfortunately we have to find a new carrier.
