Utterly incompetent management. 5 days in a row they claim to be handing a package and every time it's a lie. They don't answer their 'phone when called by their own customer service people and they make no attempt to contact their customer to explain what is going on. UPS are far from perfect but their local managers do call you when there's a problem and try to resolve any issues. FedEx just ignore you.
Very unpleasant experience. unfortunately we have to find a new carrier.
Don’t get a load from here!!! I have to get a preloaded trailer appointment was 9 pm now 2 am still not ready
If you are coming to drop off a package here dont waste your time. Im on hour and fifteen minutes and still nobody to help. Customer service is nonexistent.
