This FedEx pickup location was one of the rougher experiences I’ve had. The pickup room was dirty from the moment I walked in—cigarette butts on the floor, counters that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and even what appeared to be drugs spilled on the surface by the pickup window. The entire place smelled strongly of weed, and the customer service was noticeably slow. Was told my package would arrive on a certain day and showed out for delivery since 8:30am. Waited the whole day and was able to see the fedex truck in my neighborhood on the app but never dropped my package. Called customer service only to find out the package was never loaded into the delivery truck. General manager here needs to find another job.
