Ever since Covid they have pretty much screwed up every shipment I've had. Not sure who they have working there now but obviously don't know what they are doing. Will be changing brokers asap!!
hope soon to loose their business and be taken out by amazon
Worst broker,they don't even care about drivers waiting at the border,they don't even answer the call,it takes 15 minutes to clear the load and they usually take 5-6 hours 😒
