worst fedex facility ever they never deliver my packages. Say they attempted the delivery and no one ever comes. Then they say the shipping label is damaged or the address is wrong, after it had been loaded on the vehicle sever times.

After seven years of importing the same goods over and over they made a mistake classifying the same goods and now want to charge me over $500 or I can file a claim for $90. This is THEIR mistake, we've used the same documentation for seven years, suddenly its insufficient and they won't budge after days of back and forth discussion. I would give them MINUS 5 stars if I could.
