Horrible customer service, they never respond to inquiries. And if by the grace of God, you finally get someone on the phone, they automatically put you on hold to then come back a d tell you " their looking into your request and will conta t you back soon" 3 months later and still no communication, nor anyone answering the multiple calls or msgs left in their answering machine.
Always helpful when shipping. Easy to get in and out of.
Most terrible work place you could experience. The staff refuses to train you and throws you out the door since they’ve been the for years and could care less. All of them are miserable and rude especially Calandra glover. She likes to harass new employees by calling them “slow and retarded” while they’re learning with zero help and thrown on a desk. Don’t apply here. There should be legal action/termination the way these employees treat their staff
