Let's face it, if we had a choice very few would want us to receive anything from FedEx. I found a CRD (Card left at Residential) which stated FALSELY that they had tried to deliver but missed me. I was at home but they won't drop off at residential or come up a driveway (my driveway is 50 metres). The card requests I contact them with a tracking number - but no tracking number is on the card they left - so it is nigh on impossible to get through to follow up as all interfaces request the tracking number. I had a large item sent to FedEx in South Lismore and needed to arrange pick up from there. They were very helpful and flexible about the pick up arrangements
Absolutely appalling service. stupid virtual assistant does nothing and impossible to talk to a real person. SO OVER companies trying to save money and giving TOTALLY DISGUSTING service.
Management is nothing but a mob of incompetent fools, don’t waste your time with them
