Had an issue with package delivery so it was sent back to this FedEx facility. Spoke with FedEx customer service and they told me to pick it up at this location. Had to wait outside for more than 30 minutes when an employee leaving the building saw me and notified the manager. Ultimately, I was able to pick up my package so I'm rating this a 3/5.
Im changing this to a 3 because I got my package but got delayed.
Don't waste your time with any FedEx as an option. They don't care about you, don't support them in Cain. May be then it is realize they can do nothing somewhere else.
