I was so upset I live five minutes away from the airport. I thought I was gonna find a FedEx around my home. There is not not one FedEx around my house. My ZIP Code is 77032. Please consider opening up a FedEx close to my house where a big we have two big neighborhoods. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one they did send out packages.
I was getting ready for a wedding and I haven't received my dress yet it was still at the hub so I called and they were very patient and guided me through the process of locating the dress and going to pick it up. I'm so excited that I will be attending the wedding this weekend and looking cut thanks to FedEx on 1517 Greens Rd Houston Texas.
Had an issue with package delivery so it was sent back to this FedEx facility. Spoke with FedEx customer service and they told me to pick it up at this location. Had to wait outside for more than 30 minutes when an employee leaving the building saw me and notified the manager. Ultimately, I was able to pick up my package so I'm rating this a 3/5.
