I get packages fairly regularly both personally and for work, and FedEx is by far the worst experience I ever have. Nearly monthly, a package that goes through SmartPost will either be delayed, rerouted to another address without my consent, or just lost all together. I dread ever having anything of value delivered via FedEx because at this point it's a 50/50 shot of whether I actually get it. Please go anywhere else to do your shipping until this company learns to actually fulfill their responsibilities.
My package has been sitting at this facility for 12 days now. Attempts to call go through automated call services and it hangs up once you give the tracking number and it tells you “your package is on the way”. It is impossible to get a real person on the phone and is more frustrating than Cox. Attempted to file a claim and it told me I could not because it hasn’t been long enough yet.
Purchase from Puma has sat in FedEx Phoenix SmartPost for 12 days. Puma blames FedEx and FedEx offers some pathetic explanation about their poor service.
FedEx. They deliver when they want, not when you're scheduled to receive your packages. They are cheaper, just not reliable.
