They hold on to your package and can't tell you who has it and where it is at and how long it takes to delivery. Worst delivery company in the US. The best way to approach this is to first contact the delivery service, if they don't have answers then contact the company you bought the product from if they can't help you and refuse to then call you bank to report it. They will give you a refund for the undelivered product. This will push companies to no longer use FedEx.
I used to work here for 5 years and I got injured on the job and they don't care about you at all and all they to do your job that is it and the suffering there they suck
