Spoke to fed ex person on the phone and told me I could pickup this week just make sure they’re open, so I drove 45 minutes to pickup and they shipped it back to seller the day before!!! You have no idea how mad I am right now. Terrible!!!
They don’t take your package back if they can’t reach you they leave your package
They delayed my package so I had to call and put a hold on it so I can pick it up. Doesn’t seem like the best option to ship with. I say ups is more serious than fedex and they actually do their job.
