Never ever use FedEx Ground Economy and have it delivered to PO Box, your package will always be delayed with inconsistent times for delivery, your package will stay stuck in transit due to lack of importance, and they won't even give you the simple courtesy to let you pick up your package from location with you own car and gas since they are too lazy to put urgency on it. I could have purchased and got a car from overseas faster.
Made a large order for my small business and it’s been sitting at this location for over a week now with no movement. It was supposed to be delivered several days ago but hasn’t even made it to my state. It’s a 20 lb package so it’s not like it’s a small package that is easy to lose. My vendor filed a claim and nothing has been done about it. It’s almost impossible to get ahold of a real person.
My package has been sitting at the Dallas Smartpost place for 12 days. No messages, no movement and calling their number I'm told it is in route. Very poor service. This is the 4th package this has happened to.
Multiple packages from different companies not moving.
Horrible customer service. I ordered a package in February. - 15 packages since. They didn’t tell the retailers that they no longer deliver to PO Boxes. So it’s may and instead of shipping the packages back to the retailer, they just ship from smart post to smart post. I called and after 6 attempts I was able to speak with someone. They let me know that they would not let me come get them. They weren’t sending them back to the retailers.
