My package was not delivered to my house. Now I have the hassle of trying to get it from where the driver left it. I'm probably going to have to report it stolen. Please hire people with basic literacy who can READ numbers!

I have lost all confidence in FedEx. The only time I receive a package on time is when it ships overnight. But even that gets screwed sometimes. My overnight delivery by FedEx is $23,000 dollar medication which I receive 4 times a year. One time they claimed they could not deliver for some strange reason. I called and told them I would be filing a complaint with my pharmacy and they are responsible for the value on the medication. Well what do you know somehow my delivery turned up that night. FedEx you suck.
