I have lost all confidence in FedEx. The only time I receive a package on time is when it ships overnight. But even that gets screwed sometimes. My overnight delivery by FedEx is $23,000 dollar medication which I receive 4 times a year. One time they claimed they could not deliver for some strange reason. I called and told them I would be filing a complaint with my pharmacy and they are responsible for the value on the medication. Well what do you know somehow my delivery turned up that night. FrdEx you suck.
My package was marked delivered at 3:24 pm say July 21, 2024. Driver said it was left at my front door, I never received this package. My ring camera proves it. And if these drivers were tracked by GPS FedEx would see that the driver is also lying. Where is my period of delivery at my front door. No picture like USPS, ups, or Amazon. Smartpost needs to be shutdown

My package from Yankee Candles was Thrown out the truck window and slammed onto the driveway. No one to call. No where to go.
