I arrived ten minutes before they were closing and was rudely turned away to FedEx an envelope. The employee said it was too close to closing time. Come back tomorrow.
They are not helpful, they gave me the impression that I was intruding on them. I am not happy with there costumer care environment, this includes the calls that are out scoured to the Philippines.
