Very friendly and helpful! When I get a replacement phone the company always wants the old one back. So glad it was right in my neighborhood where I could send the envelope I was given to ship the phone back to the company!
The girl was very helpful. She explained that the package I brought in can't be dealt with there and go to the one near the Outlet Mall to get it processed. I received a package at my address that was not addressed to me but someone else. It's the second time I have gotten something for the same person. I think they failed to verify that address it was go to and just accepted what came up in the suggestion box without verifying it.
