Horrible FedEx service. Only one person is trained at the shipping/printing desk. One other employee is just walking around and other is at the cash register listening to his iPhone through his headphones. The person at the shipping desk also is inept at multi-tasking. He stood there watching the copier instead of helping another customer. All I needed to do was drop off a fedex box already with the label on and taped and pay for it and I stood there for 20 minutes before someone even spoke to me and even then it was just fo... read more
Friendly staff, always helpful.
Tell your drivers that if they drive in the fast lane doing the speed limit or less and won't move out of the way is costing you bad reviews. Fedex box trucks need to stay out of the fast lane. Do that and I'll raise my stars til then your drivers suck.
