Staff was rude. She didn't acknowledge me at first, and once she noticed, she told me to place the item on the conveyor belt. She rudely let me wait and then said the package needed to be sealed. I had not sealed it because I was shipping a return and wasn't sure if staff needed to see the items before taping/sealing the box.
